5 Quick Ways to Make Waking Up Suck Less – oh yesssss….

Have you always wanted to attend a yoga class, but you’ve been a wee little bit nervous about some curvy backlash?  Check out this guide to finding a curvy friendly yoga class of your very own.

Post from Embrace Self-Love on taking our own advice, being sweet to ourselves, and permitting ourselves room to grow.

If you are one of those people (ahem, raises hand) who avoids cooking just for yourself, because it seems like too much trouble to make a one-person-sized meal, this Cooking For One post is right up your alley.

21 Ways to be a Better Spouse. I would add person in here too, because many of the tips apply to simply communicating honestly with those around you that are important to your life. My favorite:

Instead of focusing on all the things you wish they would do differently, take some time to really, truly notice all the things that you are thankful for.

I am fascinated by how others structure their schedule/days/life, and this post by Rosie Molinary is chock full of useful tips on how to fit things into your life without permitting it to make you insane or punishing yourself.

Being the phenomenal, enlightened tribe that you are I am quite certain that many of you have already been introduced to Michele Lisenbury Christensen, but if not – I must tell you – this site and her Hot Love Revolution has been ROCKING my world lately. You and your relationship are worth taking a peek.

Manifest yourself up some confidence. The how + the WHY.

Make your life better this week:

Tell someone you love them. Truly, and without hesitation, trickery or game playing. Tell them exactly how it is that they contribute to your life, and why you love them.  Tell them what separates them from the rest of the people in the world, in your heart. Soak up the energy that rushes into your heart, and repeat often.
