Make your life (more) awesome this week:
This week, choose one thing to stop doing. That task that you ball your hands up into fists just thinking about? The event sends a shiver of cold sweat down your back every time it pops up in your calendar? The friend or client that is just not a great fit for you anymore?
This week, choose you. Choose your happiness. Choose your inner-calm. Choose to make your experience of being in your body today as ease-filled and wonderful as possible.
Find that one thing, and either delegate it or let it go.
Trust me, it will feel so good.

Thank you so much for including my post this week (and for reviewing it for me before it went live)! I was freaking nervous when I hit “publish,” but the conversation has been totally amazing.

“Find that one thing, and either delegate it or let it go.” I LOVE this and needed it. Was super dreading going to a party for a myriad of reasons. Good reminder that life is too short to spend it at places that you just can’t or don’t or won’t want to be at.
