Too often, we live our days by moving from task to task as quickly as possible.
We celebrate by adding things to our to-do lists as quickly as we can cross them off. We hold ourselves to an impossible standard. We are merciless in the face of a self-imposed deadline.
We berate ourselves for not being enough, raking our tender spirits over the hot coals as we revisit every moment in our day, every interaction, wondering what we could have done better.
With our actions, we show ourselves in no uncertain terms that we cannot be trusted – that we must always be on guard in an attempt to keep our not enoughness under wraps.
I don’t know about you, but I am ready for a new model of living.
This is a class for the beautiful caregiver, the big heart, the student, the wife, the woman seeking a new direction.
This is a class for women who are longing to feel lit up brightly from the inside.
Expansive. Permissive. Plugged in.
This is a class for women ready to reclaim their brilliance.
Over the course of the month, let celebration be your prayer, the way you give thanks for yourself and for your life. The way you express gratitude for being alive.
Let celebration be found in the rituals that you develop as a gift for yourself.
Let it permeate every aspect of your life – from congratulating yourself for a job well done to making your breakfast in a ceremonial way.
Learn how to celebrate yourself as you are in this moment, in this body, in this life, instead of waiting until ______.
You are worthy of celebration.

Celebration as self-love in action.
I’m Mara Glatzel, and for the next four weeks, I’ll be your own personal celebration expert.
Over the course of my life, I have struggled with shades of loving myself – from the depths of loathing to wondering how long the good feelings will last, this time.
Self-love is about taking radical self-responsibility, about showing up in your life, everyday, and telling yourself the truth. But, it is also about celebrating where you are – right this second – because you are already good, already worthy, and already phenomenally powerful.
When we celebrate with others, our energy is contagious, and we are able to embody the love and joy that we are craving.
If you are sitting there thinking to yourself, “I’ve been waiting my whole life for a moment when someone would ask me to put down everything that I’ve been carrying and celebrate myself,” this is is that moment.
If you’re reading this page, feeling the quiet pull of the question, “Am I worthy? Am I deserving” – you are. This class will guide you there.
If the idea of celebration appeals to you, and you’re finding yourself excited by the prospect of more – more joy, more ease, more fun – this is the exact right time to begin.
If you think that celebration is frivolous and unnecessary – this class might surprise you.
This is that moment. This is that class.
