I’m so glad that you’re here.
My name is Mara Glatzel, I’ll be your host. I’m an intuitive coach and writer. I work with brave women around the world who are ready to begin building beautiful lives upon the foundation self-love, self-trust, and radical self-responsibility.
I do this by telling it like it is, and with unprecedented levels of real love and excitement about you up-leveling your quality of life.
This site began in 2008 as Medicinal Marzipan – a blog about body image and authentic living. Over the years it has grown into a community of phenomenal women who are working to more carefully defining what they believe they deserve out of their lives, and to work towards that dream with all of the bravery + courage that they can muster.
Amongst us are those recovering from a lifetime mistrust or dislike of our bodies, soul-sucking jobs, trauma, fear, depression, ugly relationships, low self-esteem, and shame, and we are committed, universally, to the profound understand that our lives have so much more in store for us than what we’ve endured.
We are not perfect, but neither are you. And that is quite alright.
No matter how you’ve been treated in the past or what you’re bringing to the table – here, all of those scary and fantastic experiences are grist for the mill.
I want to invite you to yourself with the most relentless compassion + kindness, because you are worth it.
No topics are off limits: Porn? Branding for internet success? Masturbation? Running? Working in the restaurant industry? And many, many more. I write under the personal belief that self-love impacts every single aspect of the human existence, and thus, is of importance to this site.
