I am an intuitive coach ready to help you take up more space in your life. My superpower is saying things in a way that you can actually hear so that you can use the insight to make positive changes in your life.
I create courses and circles to help you tend to your own care, ignite your courage, and connect you with a community grounded in the belief that each and every one of us is deserving of deep nourishment.

Daily Tending is an on-demand self-care that includes daily guidance for reconnecting with your inner self and taking inspired action from a place of deep self-awareness. This course is about REAL self-care, the kind that leaves you feeling nourished and well supported. Over the next 40 days, I will teach you a daily self-care practice that is easy to implement and impossible to mess up. During this guided journey, you will receive my best tools for healing your relationship with yourself, reconnecting with your needs, and learning to trust your inner wisdom. This course is for women who are aching for their own care but are unsure of where to begin.

The Deep Exhale
The Deep Exhale is an on-demand self-care course that includes daily guidance that directly speaks to healing your relationship with rest. Rest isn't self-indulgent, wasteful, or something to be earned with perfect behavior. Rest is necessary to cultivate the energy required to tend to things that you care about most. This 28-day course is for women who are exhausted from a lifetime of people-pleasing, over-committing and putting their needs at the bottom of a very long to-do list. The Deep Exhale combines daily permission with tangible tools and daily practices to help you prioritize your need for rest without guilt.

Open to Receive is an on-demand self-care course that provides inspirational daily audio messages filled with the words you are aching to hear when you need them the most. This course is comprised of 14 days of audio blessings, delivered to your inbox first thing in the morning. These blessings include guided meditations, words of affirmation and inspiration, and spoken word poetry to support you in adoring and accepting yourself exactly as you are in this moment. This bundle of sweetness was curated with the express intention of reconnecting you with your innate, indisputable worth each morning before you head into your day.

Over the duration of 12 months and 12 moon cycles, I will guide you through the exact conscious planning process that has helped hundreds of ambitious humans create the lives they want for themselves with infinitely less daily struggle. Cycle will help you cultivate delicious intentions, map out a seasonally specific self-care protocol, and stay connected with your vision for your life all year long.
