Creating boundaries with yourself will bring your energy back. You’ll regain the energy to tend to the parts of your life that you’re truly responsible for maintaining. 

Your energy is needed to take care of yourself and those around you that are dependent on you. In this episode, I will share a practice for figuring out how to take responsibility for the things that are yours to care for and surrender responsibility for things that are outside of your area of impact.
