Saying yes to all of the parts of you are and really investing in who it is that you want to be is critical to living a life that is filled with joy. In today’s episode, I had a delicious conversation with Tiffany Han about how to say yes to yourself with a greater sense of ease and grace.
Tiffany is a coach, writer, speaker, and podcast host who teaches smart, driven humans how to access and amplify their personal agency so they can say yes to all the things they want to do, be, and say without compromising their standards…or their sanity. As the host of the Raise Your Hand Say Yes podcast, Tiffany is most interested in telling the truth about a life of chasing your dreams—tangles and all. With a penchant for keeping it real, her work focuses on how we can stop over-performing for the sake of the life that somebody else dictates for us and instead start saying yes to ourselves. Throughout her life, Tiffany has said yes to smart things, big things, and seemingly-impossible things, and along the way, she’s learned that the road to a fulfilled life that feels like freedom is paved with bold moves made from deep within our discomfort zones, a vast understanding of ourselves, and a communion with our core values.
Our conversation explored how Tiffany got into this work and how she takes care of her own needs. She shares about how she learned to set boundaries around the things she needs, as well as other wonderful gems about moving at your own pace, slowing down inner self-talk, and how her life has changed since she learned to say yes to herself.
