As many people transition to working from home during this time, it’s of the utmost importance to give yourself a new routine to follow to make sure you’re still tending to your needs and showing up for yourself.

Having daily morning and evening routines in place helps us to make sure that any of our essential needs like drinking water, washing our face or even getting dressed for the day aren’t getting swept under the rug.

In this episode, I’ll be sharing how to set yourself up to tend to your needs while working at home. I give you advice based on the things that work for my own family and business including the weekly team meeting I have with my partner to discuss our week’s non-negotiables and a breakdown of what we expect each day.
